If your system requires a part, it is probably already stocked in your motor room. We keep a supply of essential parts at each customer's site and have a full inventory at our Kearny Headquarters. From controls to generators, we stock parts of all types and makes, facilitating prompt service for our customers. In addition, we maintain a full-service, machine-shop facility for immediate response when structural components or adaptations are needed quickly.

Surveys

Before bidding on any repair, modernization, or service agreement, a field supervisor is sent to inspect the elevator equipment. A complete survey is performed, which is actually a free preliminary consultation, and is followed up with our detailed proposal. We work directly with the owner, manager, or architect and provide him or her with an in-depth account of what the proposal entails.
