Electric Maintenance Department

Routine maintenance is essential in keeping the elevator in a safe operating condition. We offer both Limited and Full Maintenance Agreements. Our Limited Agreement provides a once-a-month service program. Full Maintenance Agreements include a twice-a-month service program, plus unlimited emergency calls during our regular working hours.

Our preventive maintenance program includes a thorough inspection of the equipment so emergencies are unlikely to develop. We provide 24-Hour Emergency Service by elevator specialists.

Hydraulic Maintenance Department

Regular maintenance is important for hydraulic elevators (as electric elevators.) The integrity of the hydraulic system, adjustment of valves and many other factors are critically important. We feel the hydraulic mechanism needs this attention to run at its peak. As a result, all our Hydraulic Service Agreements are Full Maintenance with twice-a-month service calls, plus unlimited calls for any emergency during our regular working hours. Our hydraulic elevator specialists are also on call for 24-Hour Emergency Service.

Repair Department

Our Elevator repair mechanics are skilled specialists trained to work with all phases of elevator equipment. We support our mechanics with a complete inventory of elevator parts, including our own in-house rigging, and special equipment. If need for repair is observed during the routine inspection, the Building Owner or Manager is notified of our recommendation.

Modernization Department

This highly skilled department has experienced crews that install any type of elevator equipment, and are able to meet all your requirements, such as controls ranging from a simple conventional controller to high tech computerized Micro-Flite operation. All modernization includes three months free service plus a one year warranty on labor and parts.
